Audi quattro Sport e-tron concept
Audi’s eyeball magnet at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show will be this, the Audi quattro Sport e-tron. The car is essentially an updated version of the Audi quattro concept which was unveiled in 2010.
The car is reportedly powered by a 700 horsepower hybrid drivetrain. The gasoline thirsty portion of the setup is a twin-turbo 4.0 litre V8 – the same engine used in the RS 6 and the RS 7. While the output of the electric motor is as-yet unknown, we do know it can power the car for up to 21 miles (35 km) without the assistance of the V8. Top speed of the Audi quattro Sport e-tron is a supercar-esque 205 mph. While the 0-62 mph time is around 3 seconds.

The quattro Sport e-tron’s chassis is one of Audi’s latest MLB-evo units, weighing in at 1700 kg (3,748 lbs.) and about 4.5 meters (177 inches est.) long overall. Roughly 5 inches shorter than an Audi S5.
