Aston Martin AM310

Aston Martin AM310
The AM310 is Aston Martin’s latest concept car. It made its world debut at the Concorso d’Eleganza where it was entered into the Design Award for Concept Cars and Prototypes. Aston Martin say the AM310 hints at the future direction for the company, without going into too much detail. Or any detail at all in fact.
Minus a few showy items, like the two tone wheels and lower bodywork, the AM310 is more than likely a preview of the replacement DB9 and DBS. The car is said to be built off the same VH platform as all current production Aston Martin’s. Under the hood is a 6.0 litre V12 but its potency is unknown.

The Aston Martin AM310 makes extensive use of carbon fiber, which can be found in both the bodywork and parts of the chassis. The styling takes a number of cues from the ultra-rare One-77 supercar, but adapts them to fit the DB9′s shape.
Unfortunately that’s about all the info available on the AM310 at the moment. You can pick through Aston Martin’s brief and unhelpful press release at the bottom of the page. But you’d be better off just hitting play on the videos below.
